ABOUT THE ROLE
• We are looking for a Customer Success Intern to work closely with our Customer Success team and support customers in getting the most value from CultureMonkey.
• You will get hands-on exposure to customer onboarding, employee engagement surveys, people analytics, workplace research, and customer insights. You will work with customer data, help prepare reports and presentations, research workplace trends, and support the team in turning employee feedback into meaningful insights and actions.
• This is a great chance for someone who is curious about B2B SaaS, Customer Success, HR Tech, people analytics, AI, and employee experience, and wants to learn how a growing SaaS company works with global customers.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
• Support customer onboarding.



Assist the Customer Success team with customer setup, survey configuration, data preparation, and onboarding activities.
• Work with employee engagement data. Help analyse survey and engagement data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of opportunity.
• Support survey design. Assist in designing, reviewing, and analysing employee engagement and pulse surveys.
• Research workplace trends. Conduct research on employee experience, workplace behaviour, engagement, retention, and emerging HR trends.
• Turn data into insights. Support the team in converting customer data and research findings into clear, actionable insights.
• Build customer deliverables. Help create customer presentations, reports, benchmarking analyses, People Science deliverables, and other knowledge materials.
• Use AI to work smarter. Use AI tools such as Claude Code and other AI-powered tools to help build customer reports, analyse information, and create People Sc
