Roles & Responsibilities
* Handle inbound/outbound sales calls, generate leads, and follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, payments, and dispatches.
* Coordinate with dealers, distributors, architects, interior designers, and customers to understand requirements and provide product information.
* Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Dispatch, and Production teams for smooth order processing and execution.
* Maintain customer data, sales reports, follow-up records, and update CRM/Excel regularly.
• * 2+ years of Inside Sales/Telesales experience, preferably in laminates, plywood, flooring, panels, or building materials; solid communication and laminate product knowledge preferred.
