Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter Lead to manage end-to-end domestic IT recruitment and support the team in achieving hiring targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic IT requirements.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
• Screen candidates and assess technical skills, experience, and suitability.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups until closure.
• Work closely with clients and hiring managers to understand requirements.
• Handle multiple requirements and ensure timely closures.
• Maintain recruitment trackers,



candidate databases, and daily MIS.
• Support and guide junior recruiters when required.

Requirements
• 3–8 years of experience in IT recruitment/domestic recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Good knowledge of IT technologies and recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Target-oriented with the ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Candidates who can work from Valasarakkam, Chennai are preferred.
