ABOUT THE ROLE
This role will support end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring smooth inbound, storage, and dispatch processes in line with company standards. The role involves managing inventory accuracy, vendor coordination, and compliance with hygiene and safety norms. We would be happy to hire someone who is fearless, big dreamer,



entrepreneurial, analytical, energetic and an incisive co-worker. This role will be based out of the warehouse with intermittent travel.

WHAT WILL YOU OWN?
- Manage the end-to-end warehouse inbound process, ensuring timely and accurate receipt of materials in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Prepare and execute distribution plans for stores, ensuring timely dispatch of products while achieving KPIs.
- Take ownership of inventory management, ensuring 100% inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and adherence to inventory control processes.
- Ensure 100% fill rate, acheive operational KPIs, and complies with company-defined service standards.
- Conduct regular warehouse audits and ensure compliance with SOPs, statutory requirements, hygiene standards, safety protocols, and 5S practices.
