Role Description The Quality Assurance Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bawal, Haryana. This position oversees day-to-day quality assurance operations, including monitoring manufacturing processes, reviewing batch records, and ensuring compliance with FDA, GMP, and internal quality standards. The supervisor will lead QA checks for bulk drugs, fine chemicals, and food ingredients, coordinate with quality control and production teams,



and investigate nonconformities or deviations. Responsibilities include maintaining documentation, supporting audits and inspections, implementing corrective and preventive actions, and training team members on quality policies and procedures. The role also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Qualification
• University Degree in Chemical/ Chemical Technology, Food technology, Biotechnology/Microbiology etc.
• Relevant certification with necessary experiences will be preferred
• 3-4 years’ strong related experience
• Experience of working in a FMCG or manufacturing organisation (Food, Beverage and Pharmaceuticals industry)
