What we are looking for:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM/EPBCS Team Lead with 12+ years of experience in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management, with solid expertise in EPBCS Financials and Workforce Planning. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end implementations and support engagements, providing functional and technical leadership across planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, integrations, and application support.
The candidate will work closely with Finance, HR, IT,



and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle EPBCS solutions and lead onshore/offshore teams through successful project delivery.

Role: Oracle Planning and Budgeting Consultant
Location: Pan India
Years of experience: 12+ Years

Responsibilities:
• Lead 4–5 end-to-end Oracle EPBCS implementations, primarily covering Financial Planning and Workforce Planning.
• Own the complete project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
• Design and configure Financial Planning solutions covering P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow, revenue, expenses, budgets, forecasts, and financial drivers.
• Design and configure Workforce Planning solutions covering headcount, salaries, benefits, bonuses, merit increases, taxes, employee expenses, and workforce drivers.
• Conduct workshops with Finance, HR, IT, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop scalable EPBCS solutions.
