B2B Sales Executive
Tripa Tours is a travel company providing customized holiday packages and travel solutions. We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented B2B Sales Executive to build and manage relationships with travel agents, agencies, and other business partners.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain robust business relationships with travel agents, travel agencies, corporate clients, and other B2B partners.
• Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities through calls, WhatsApp, email, networking, and other channels.
• Onboard new travel agents and agencies and explain Tripa Tours’ products, packages, pricing, and services.
• Handle enquiries from B2B partners and provide suitable travel packages and quotations.
• Negotiate rates and commercial terms with clients and partners while maintaining company margins.
• Follow up consistently with leads, quotations,



and pending requirements to convert opportunities into bookings.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain regular communication with existing B2B partners to generate repeat business.
• Understand market trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements to improve sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with the operations and product teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed bookings.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client details, follow-ups, bookings, and revenue in the CRM.
• Resolve partner queries and coordinate internally to ensure timely solutions.
• Explore new markets and opportunities to expand Tripa Tours’ B2B network.

Requirements
• Prior experience working with Dubai destination is mandatory/preferred.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Travel Sales, or Business Development.
