Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven IT Lead Generation Manager to lead our B2B IT lead generation function and drive qualified pipeline for enterprise IT solutions.
The ideal candidate should have robust experience in B2B IT lead generation, outbound campaigns, appointment setting, and team management. This role will be responsible for managing a lead generation team, overseeing projects and campaigns, driving performance against targets, and working closely with sales and marketing teams to deliver business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Management & Leadership
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Lead Generation Executives.
• Set individual and team targets and monitor performance against KPIs.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and feedback sessions.
• Ensure the team follows effective prospecting, calling, email, and follow-up practices.
• Identify training and development requirements to improve team performance.





Lead Generation & Business Development
• Oversee qualified lead generation through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels.
• Ensure effective identification and engagement of key decision-makers such as CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, Infrastructure Managers, and Digital Transformation leaders.
• Drive appointment setting for discovery meetings, demos, webinars, and sales conversations.
• Monitor lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
• Support the team in handling complex prospects and high-value accounts.

Project & Campaign Management
• Own and manage multiple lead generation projects/campaigns from planning to execution.
• Define campaign objectives, target audiences, timelines, and KPIs.
• Allocate resources and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
• Track campaign performance and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
