Role Description The Franchise Sales Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves identifying prospective franchise partners, conducting outreach through calls, meetings, and events, and presenting Pizza Galleria’s franchise model, benefits, and requirements. The Franchise Sales Executive will manage the end-to-end franchise sales cycle, including lead qualification, proposal preparation, negotiations, and documentation support.



The role also includes maintaining accurate records of leads and opportunities, coordinating with internal teams on franchise onboarding, and tracking performance against sales targets. Day-to-day activities require strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified franchise prospects.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in sales, business development, and lead generation for franchise or retail expansion.
• Experience with customer relationship management, including prospect nurturing, negotiation, and closing deals.
