About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and technically skilled Innovation Lab Trainer to work at one of our client schools in the Chandigarh region.
The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting hands-on learning sessions for school students in areas such as STEM, Robotics, Electronics, Coding, Artificial Intelligence, IoT, and Innovation.
The ideal candidate should enjoy working with students, be comfortable with hands-on experiments and projects, and have the ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular hands-on STEM and Innovation Lab sessions for school students.
• Teach basic and intermediate concepts related to Robotics, Electronics, Coding, AI, IoT and STEM.
• Demonstrate experiments, models,



activities and technology-based projects.
• Guide students in building working models and innovative projects.
• Handle and maintain Innovation Lab equipment, kits and tools.
• Prepare lesson plans, activity plans and project-based learning activities.
• Encourage students to participate in science exhibitions, competitions and innovation projects.
• Assess student participation, learning and project progress.
• Maintain basic records of sessions, activities and student projects.
• Coordinate with school teachers and the company team for smooth implementation of the lab program.
• Ensure proper safety and discipline during practical activities.
• Support workshops, demonstrations and special STEM/innovation events when required.

Preferred Technical SkillsCandidates with knowledge or experience in any of the following will be preferred:
• Arduino / ESP32 / Raspberry Pi
• Robotics and sensors
