Role Description The B2B Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for driving corporate and partner revenue for Bloom’s hotel portfolio. This role includes identifying and qualifying new B2B leads, managing the sales pipeline, and closing contracts with corporate clients, travel partners,



and other institutional accounts. The person in this position will conduct regular client meetings, present tailored accommodation solutions, negotiate commercial terms, and maintain long-term relationships that support repeat business and upsell opportunities. They will collaborate with marketing, operations, and revenue management teams to align sales strategies with brand positioning and pricing, prepare sales forecasts and performance reports, and consistently work toward meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets. The B2B Sales Manager will also monitor market trends and competitor activities, offering insights to refine Bloom’s value proposition for business customers.
