ROLE SUMMARYKimirica is a luxury D2C brand across Bath & Body, Skincare, Fragrances, Home Fragrance and Gifting. We are looking for a Manager – New Product Development to manage the end-to-end NPD lifecycle from product ideation and formulation to sampling, packaging and commercial launch.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Drive end-to-end NPD from concept, formulation and sampling to final product launch.
• Identify market trends, consumer needs and new product opportunities across beauty, personal care and fragrance.
• Coordinate with R&D;, formulators, manufacturers and packaging vendors for product development.
• Manage packaging, artwork, BOM, costing, MOQ and commercial feasibility.
• Ensure quality, testing, documentation and regulatory requirements are completed before launch.
• Work with Design, Procurement,
Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations to ensure timely product launches.
KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS• 5+ years of experience in NPD / Product Development, preferably in Beauty, Personal Care, Cosmetics, Fragrance, FMCG or D2C.
• Degree in Cosmetic Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, FMCG or a related field.
• Strong understanding of formulation, packaging, costing, vendor management and product development.
• Robust project management, coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple NPD projects and timelines independently.
