Key Responsibilities
1. Technical & Academic Operations
• Upload lectures, notes, PDFs, and tests to the app/LMS, Google Classroom, and Drive on schedule.
• Set up and manage Zoom live classes: links, recordings, attendance, and waiting rooms.
• Create and manage batch WhatsApp groups, broadcasts, and announcements.




• Maintain Excel/Google Sheets trackers for attendance, test scores, fee status, and pending queries.
• Run weekly and new-batch onboarding: app login, timetable, orientation call, and study kit.
• Coordinate with faculty on the lecture schedule, test release, and answer-key publishing.
2. Calling & Student Follow-up
• Call students regularly as needed: new enrollees, absentees, inactive students, and those with low test scores.
• Make a welcome and onboarding call to every recent student.
• Remind students about upcoming tests, live classes, and deadlines.
• Give parents progress updates wherever needed.
• Log every call outcome in the tracker the same day.
• Support renewals and batch upgrades through academic guidance, not hard selling.
3. Query Resolution & Counselling
