Strategic Account Management Director
Role Overview
As the Strategic Account Management Director, you will be responsible for leading and growing a portfolio of strategic client accounts, driving strong client relationships, business growth, profitability, and long-term partnerships.
You will serve as a senior strategic partner to clients, understanding their business and marketing objectives and working closely with internal specialist teams to deliver integrated digital solutions that create measurable business impact.
The role will involve end-to-end ownership of multiple accounts, including client servicing, senior stakeholder management, revenue growth, P&L;, team leadership, retention, and new business opportunities.
You will be expected to bring robust commercial acumen, a deep understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to operate confidently with CXO and senior client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Client Management & Senior Stakeholder Relationships
• Own and manage a portfolio of key strategic accounts,



serving as the senior point of contact and trusted business partner for clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with CXOs, business heads, marketing leaders, and other senior stakeholders.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients' business models, growth priorities, marketing objectives, challenges, and competitive landscape.
• Lead strategic business conversations, quarterly/monthly business reviews, performance discussions, and growth planning with clients.
• Proactively identify client needs and translate them into relevant solutions across Social Beat's capabilities.
• Drive client satisfaction, retention, advocacy, and overall account health.
• Act as an escalation point for critical client issues and ensure timely resolution across internal teams.

2. Revenue Growth, P&L; & Commercial Ownership
• Take end-to-end ownership of revenue, profitability and P&L; across the assigned portfolio of accounts.
