We are looking for a highly connected and commercially driven Relationship Manager – Government Accounts to join our team.
This is a remote, field-based sales role focused on developing and managing government business opportunities across Uttar Pradesh, with a primary focus on Lucknow and surrounding regions.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience selling IT services to government organisations and possess a strong professional network across government departments, procurement bodies, consultants, and decision-makers. This role requires an individual who can identify opportunities, build relationships, navigate procurement processes, and successfully manage the complete bid and tender lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across Government of Uttar Pradesh departments and agencies.
• Identify and pursue opportunities arising from government schemes, programmes, and procurement initiatives.
• Manage the end-to-end tendering, bid management, and proposal submission process.
• Liaise with government officials, departments,



consultants, and procurement authorities.
• Track upcoming tenders, RFPs, and procurement opportunities relevant to the company's offerings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Drive revenue growth through successful opportunity conversion and account management.
• Stay informed about government policies, digital initiatives, technology programmes, and funding opportunities that could generate current business.

Essential Requirements• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT services sales to Government/Public Sector organisations.
• Candidate's current or most recent role must be in government-focused sales, business development, account management, relationship management, or bid management within the IT Services, Technology, Telecom, Digital Services, System Integration, SaaS, or related technology sector.
