Job Description – Drone Sales, Service & Training Executive
About the RoleVayuratha is looking for a proactive and self-motivated Drone Sales, Service & Training Executive to join our growing drone technology and training team.
The candidate will be responsible for handling drone sales, customer enquiries, training program counselling, basic service coordination, lead follow-ups, and business development. The ideal candidate should have a genuine interest in drones, drone technology, aviation, and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
• Handle inbound and outbound calls for drone products and training programs.
• Generate and follow up with potential customers and leads.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable drone products or training programs.
• Convert enquiries into sales, course registrations, and business opportunities.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead/customer information.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.

Drone Training & Counselling
• Explain drone training programs, course structure,



eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
• Counsel students and professionals interested in building a career in the drone industry.
• Explain DGCA-related certification and Remote Pilot Certificate (RPC) training.
• Coordinate with the training team for student onboarding and course schedules.

Drone Sales & Service
• Assist customers with drone product selection based on their requirements.
• Coordinate with the technical/service team for drone-related service requests.
• Understand basic drone components, applications, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain positive customer relationships after sales.

Customer Relationship & Support
• Maintain regular communication with prospects and existing customers.
• Resolve basic customer queries and coordinate with relevant teams when required.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, sales, and customer interactions.
