Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. In this role, the skilled will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate and qualify leads,



and build strong relationships with prospective learners and institutional partners. Daily responsibilities include conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, understanding learner needs, presenting suitable programs, and guiding prospects through the enrollment process. The Business Development Executive will also manage existing accounts, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, collaborate with marketing and academic teams, and work toward achieving monthly and quarterly sales and growth targets. The role involves continuous market research to understand trends in the EdTech and higher education space and to contribute insights that support business expansion.
