As we continue to expand our B2B business, we are looking for an experienced sales leader to drive market penetration, institutional partnerships and revenue growth.
Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing State Head – Revenue & Lead Management to own B2B lead generation, school penetration, market expansion and revenue growth for Bengaluru. The role requires solid ownership of revenue targets, institutional partnerships, field sales execution and team productivity.
Key Responsibilities
• Own B2B lead generation, school penetration and revenue growth across the assigned geography.
• Identify and acquire high-potential schools and institutions to expand market coverage.
• Build and manage a strong B2B school lead pipeline through market mapping, field prospecting, references and partnerships.
• Drive school meetings, proposals, negotiations, closures and revenue realization.




• Build strong relationships with School Owners, Trustees, Principals and key decision-makers.
• Identify high-potential locations and school clusters and develop structured market expansion plans.
• Own revenue targets, sales forecasting, pipeline reviews and overall business performance.
• Monitor performance and take corrective actions to improve conversion, productivity and revenue.
• Build, manage and develop a 5–6 member Field Sales team as the business scales.
• Recruit, onboard, coach and drive the productivity of the team against lead-generation, meeting and revenue goals.
• Work closely with central teams across Marketing, Operations and Business Functions to strengthen execution.
• Conduct market intelligence and competitor mapping to identify new opportunities.
• Ensure disciplined CRM/pipeline management, forecasting and business reporting.
