Salary: Up to ₹4.5 LPA
Working Days: Monday - Friday + 1st & 3rd Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Role Description
• We are looking for a hands-on HR professional with 4+ years of startup experience and robust expertise in end-to-end hiring.
• Startup experience is a MUST.
• The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience hiring across Technology, Digital Marketing, Design, and Business Development roles, with excellent communication skills.

What You'll Do
• Handle end to end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements and close positions within timelines.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen candidates and assess skills, communication, experience, and fit.




• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.
• Handle salary negotiations, offer discussions, and offer rollouts.
• Manage BGV and joining documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and new-joiner orientation.
• Support payroll related processes and employee documentation.

What we're Looking For
• 4+ years of hands-on HR / recruitment experience.
• Startup experience is mandatory.
• Experience hiring across Tech, Digital, Design, and Business Development roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong candidate engagement and negotiation skills.
• Highly execution focused, proactive, and accountable.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced startup environment.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
