Indastro.com is a 25-year-old digital platform in the Vedic astrology and horoscope space, offering personalized horoscope reports, astrologer consultations (audio/video/webchat) to a global customer base.

Role Overview
The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for the overall day-to-day management and operational performance of Indastro, with a strong focus on its digital and e-commerce business. The role requires a commercially minded and hands-on professional who can oversee the complete operating cycle — from website management, product and content planning, digital marketing coordination and customer management to sales, fulfilment, technology, internal teams and business performance.

The COO will act as the central point of coordination between the management, technology/development team, content and astrology teams, customer support, marketing, sales and other operational functions. The person should be capable of independently identifying operational gaps, establishing processes,



assigning responsibilities, monitoring execution and ensuring that initiatives are completed on time.

This is a business-operating role rather than a purely administrative position.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital & Website Operations
• Oversee end-to-end website operations including content, products/services, pricing, offers, landing pages and overall user experience.
• Coordinate with technology/development teams for website improvements, bug fixes, current features, and integrations.
• Support and coordinate mobile app/product development and launches.

2. Content, Social Media & Marketing
• Oversee the content pipeline and social media presence, including deciding what content should be created, updated and published.
• Coordinate with writers, designers, video teams and external agencies to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor content, campaigns and digital performance and make improvements based on
