Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Android Developer with strong hands-on experience in native Android development using Kotlin. The candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining Android applications, ensuring quality, performance, security, and adherence to best practices. The role involves collaboration with product, design, backend, and QA teams, along with code reviews and mentoring junior developers.
Must Have• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Native Android Development
• Strong expertise in Kotlin
• Positive knowledge of Java
• Experience with REST API integration
• Strong understanding of MVVM / Clean Architecture / Design Patterns
• Experience with JUnit / Espresso
• Experience with Jetpack Components – ViewModel, Navigation, Room, LiveData/StateFlow, etc.
• Experience with Gradle, Git, Code Reviews & Pull Requests




• Hands-on experience with Play Store deployment/release process
• Understanding of Android security, performance optimization, error handling and networking
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum and cross-functional teams
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Good to Have• Jetpack Compose
• Firebase / Push Notifications / Analytics / Crashlytics
• CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or similar tools
• Knowledge of Material Design and Accessibility Guidelines
• Experience mentoring junior developers and contributing to technical decisions
• Experience with caching and offline data management

Candidate Requirements• Candidates must be permanently based in Kerala, Tamil Nadu, or Karnataka.
• Must be comfortable working remotely.
