Role Description This is a full time, on-site Channel Sales Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Channel Sales Manager will build, manage,



and grow relationships with channel partners to drive sales of TATA AIG’s general insurance products. Daily responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new partners, setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and supporting partners with product information, training, and promotional activities. The role involves coordinating with internal sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and consistent partner experience. The Channel Sales Manager will analyze market trends, track competition, and prepare regular reports to inform strategy and optimize channel performance.

• Strong Channel Sales and Channel Partners management skills, with experience in developing and sustaining partner networks.
