Role Description The Sales Manager role at Koh Young Technology, Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will drive revenue growth by identifying recent business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals for Koh Young’s SPI and AOI solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, preparing proposals and quotations,



and negotiating contracts with customers and channel partners. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, collaborating with technical and service teams to address customer needs, and monitoring market trends and competitor activities. The Sales Manager will also provide accurate sales forecasts, report on performance, and represent the company at industry events and customer meetings.

Qualifications
• Strong sales and account management skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and deal closing.
• Experience in B2B technology or industrial equipment sales, preferably in electronics manufacturing or inspection solutions.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts related to 3D measurement, SPI, and AOI systems.
