About the Role
You will own Amazon advertising strategy, execution and performance for our all brands. This is a senior, hands-on role requiring strong analytical skills, commercial understanding and a proven ability to scale sales while maintaining advertising efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute Amazon advertising strategies across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display.
• Manage campaigns across multiple brands, product categories and ASINs.
• Own advertising budgets, campaign structure, bidding strategies, keyword research and product targeting.
• Improve ROAS, ACoS and TACoS while driving sustainable sales growth and customer acquisition.
• Build launch strategies for new products and scale established products through structured testing.
• Analyse search term reports, placement performance and advertised product performance to identify growth opportunities and reduce wasted spend.
• Coordinate with the marketplace, content and design teams to improve listing conversion through product images, A+ Content and Brand Store content.
• Align advertising plans with inventory availability, pricing, promotions and product profitability.
• Plan budgets and campaigns for major sale events, including Prime Day and Excellent Indian Festival.
• Prepare actionable performance reports covering spend, sales, efficiency, learnings and next steps.
Required Skills and Experience
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads, preferably for consumer product brands in India.
• Proven experience managing substantial monthly advertising budgets and scaling campaigns profitably.
