We are looking for a high-agency Content & Community Marketing Associate who will work directly with the founders to build the Client's voice, following, and credibility across social platforms and online communities.
This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role focused on turning complex SEO/GEO concepts into content people actually want to read, and on showing up in the conversations where our audience already is.
Location: Recent Delhi (Hybrid: Mon-Fri in-person, Saturday remote)
Experience: 0-2 years
Notice Period: Immediate joiners / serving notice / up to 30 days
Qualifications
• 0-2 years of experience in social media, content, or community marketing (internships count)
• Strong English written communication, with the ability to explain technical/SaaS concepts clearly to a non-technical audience
• Has run a personal or brand social account with demonstrable, real engagement (not just posting)
• Basic design sense using Canva or similar tools for simple social graphics
• Genuinely comfortable being active in forums and communities, not just posting and leaving
• Curiosity about SEO,



AI, and marketing (prior expertise not required)
• Ability to work independently in a small, early-stage team with minimal oversight
• Ability to work from our New Delhi office Mon-Fri, with Saturday remote
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or English is a plus)
• Familiarity with SEO/marketing communities (r/SEO, r/marketing, IndieHackers, relevant LinkedIn groups) is a plus
• Basic analytics literacy (native platform insights, Google Analytics) is a plus

Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Publishing
• Plan, write, and publish content across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, and Reddit
• Create posts, carousels, threads, and short-form content explaining SEO/GEO concepts and product updates
• Own and maintain a consistent content calendar across channels

2. Community Engagement
• Actively participate in relevant forums, subreddits,
