We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager (Sr. BDM) with an architecture background and strong experience in business development/sales within the Design & Build industry.

? Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
• Identify, acquire, and build robust relationships with new clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve business and revenue targets.
• Identify new market opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competition.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations,



and client pitches.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
• Track and analyze sales performance and continuously improve business development strategies.
• Lead negotiations and drive deals from opportunity identification through closure.
