About the Role

Carpediem Healthcare is looking for a creative, energetic, and execution-focused Social Media Manager who can take complete ownership of our social media presence.

We are looking for someone who doesn’t just plan content but can actually create it — from developing concepts and shooting reels to editing videos, designing posts, publishing content, managing influencers, engaging with the community, and tracking performance.

The ideal candidate should understand how brands grow on social media and be comfortable working across content, trends, influencers, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Reels

* Develop creative concepts for reels, posts, carousels, stories, and short-form video content.
* Shoot and create engaging Instagram Reels and social media videos.
* Edit reels with transitions, subtitles, music, hooks, graphics, and trending formats.
* Create aesthetically strong static posts, stories, and basic graphics.




* Stay updated with trending reel formats, audio, memes, content styles, and platform trends.
* Convert product information and brand messages into engaging, easy-to-understand content.
* Coordinate product shoots, lifestyle shoots, founder videos, influencer content, and other brand shoots.

Social Media Management

* Manage the brand’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
* Plan and maintain monthly and weekly content calendars.
* Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories, and videos consistently.
* Maintain a consistent brand tone, visual identity, and communication style.
* Write engaging captions, hooks, CTAs, hashtags, and social media copy.
* Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience interactions.
* Ensure all platforms remain active, updated, and professionally managed.

Influencer Management

* Identify relevant influencers, creators, ath
