Role Description The Manager Financial Planning & Analysis role at UrbanGabru is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities to support strategic decision-making. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and analyzing financial reports, building and maintaining financial models, monitoring key performance indicators, and providing insights on profitability, costs, and revenue trends.



The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with business objectives, support annual and quarterly planning cycles, and ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies. This role also involves presenting analysis to senior leadership, recommending actions to improve financial performance, and supporting new initiatives with robust financial evaluations.
