Role Overview

We are looking for a Recruitment Lead to drive non-IT hiring for a software product company across India and global markets. The role requires solid recruitment delivery, stakeholder management and talent sourcing capabilities, preferably with experience hiring sales and other go-to-market teams.

The successful candidate will partner with business leaders and the Head of Global Talent Acquisition to translate workforce requirements into effective hiring plans and deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for non-IT functions, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, HR, Legal and Business Operations.
• Drive sales hiring across roles such as Account Executives, Enterprise Sales, Sales Development, Account Management, Channel Sales and Sales Leadership.




• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, assessment criteria and hiring timelines.
• Manage recruitment across India and international markets, adapting sourcing and engagement approaches to local talent conditions.
• Build talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, professional networks and recruitment partners.
• Guide recruiters, prioritise requirements and monitor hiring delivery.
• Support structured interviews, candidate evaluation, offer negotiations and joining follow-ups.
• Track recruitment metrics, including time to fill, pipeline conversion, offer acceptance and source effectiveness.
• Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation and competitor hiring trends.
• Maintain accurate hiring data in the applicant tracking system and identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes.
