Role Description

Are you a strategic growth leader with an instinct for brand positioning and a track record of driving revenue in high-touch, luxury sectors? Do you thrive on shaping agency strategy, unlocking new market opportunities, and leading pitch wins that elevate brands?

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead Black Cab’s growth trajectory. In this role, you will act as a core revenue driver and brand ambassador—shaping our outreach strategy, managing the complete high-value sales pipeline, negotiating key contracts, and cultivating long-term, high-value client relationships across the luxury and premium agency landscape.





Responsibilities

• Own and drive the business development strategy to achieve agency revenue, growth, and profitability targets.
• Identify, qualify, and convert strategic, high-value opportunities within luxury, premium, and corporate sectors.
• Lead the end-to-end sales lifecycle—from initial outreach, discovery, and pitch presentations to contract closing.
• Architect tailored, high-impact business proposals, commercial structures, and RFPs in collaboration with creative, strategy, and production teams.
• Lead high-stakes client pitches, demonstrating a deep understanding of brand strategy, design, and digital marketing capabilities.
• Negotiate commercial terms, scopes of work, and retainer models to maximize margin and long-value alignment.
