Key Responsibilities• Connect with company-generated leads through outbound calls.
• Engage with working professionals and understand their career and learning requirements.
• Explain Techademy’s learning programs and communicate their value effectively.
• Build relationships with prospects through consistent and timely follow-ups.
• Handle customer objections, negotiate effectively, and drive conversions.
• Schedule qualified prospects for webinars and appointments.
• Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead conversion.




• Consistently achieve individual sales and revenue targets.

Requirements• Minimum 6+ months of experience in EdTech / Inside Sales / BDA / BDE roles.
• Prior experience in EdTech sales is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Target-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving sales goals.
• Ability to engage confidently with working professionals.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• English and Hindi communication skills are mandatory.
• Comfortable working from the Bengaluru office.
