and HR operations while working remotely with an international HR team.

Key Responsibilities
• Source and identify potential candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, university platforms, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring team members.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
• Support onboarding activities for selected candidates.
• Assist with employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.
• Participate in international recruitment projects and HR activities.
• Collaborate with HR team members from different countries and cultural backgrounds.
