We are looking for a full time, on-site Business Development Executive role FEMALE ONLY based in Chennai with 1-3 years of experience. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage lead generation activities, and build a robust sales pipeline across Fronseye Tech’s software and digital solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, presenting tailored solution offerings, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and supporting deal closure in coordination with technical and delivery teams. The role will also involve maintaining and expanding relationships with existing accounts, gathering market intelligence, and providing feedback to internal stakeholders on customer needs and industry trends. The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership to meet revenue targets, represent the company at client meetings and events, and uphold a consultative, customer-focused approach.
Qualifications

• Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with the ability to build and manage a qualified pipeline.




• Solid understanding of business, market dynamics, and technology-driven solutions, preferably in IT services or software products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in account management, including nurturing long-term client relationships and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales or business development targets in a B2B environment.
• Comfort working closely with technical teams to translate client requirements into solution offerings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
