Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) with hands-on experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, and cold calling US clients.
The ideal candidate should be confident speaking with US-based prospects and decision-makers, comfortable with outbound sales, and experienced in handling objections, qualifying leads, and booking qualified meetings.
Key Responsibilities• Make outbound cold calls to US-based prospects and decision-makers.
• Identify, prospect, and qualify potential B2B SaaS customers.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calling while maintaining quality conversations.
• Introduce Floworks and effectively communicate its value proposition.




• Handle objections and engage prospects through calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the Sales team.
• Research prospects and personalize outreach based on their business needs.
• Maintain accurate prospect information, call activity, and follow-ups in CRM.
• Consistently achieve weekly/monthly outreach, calling, and meeting targets.
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead-generation strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified US prospects.

Requirements• 1–3 years of experience in SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience with cold calling US clients/customers is mandatory.
• Excellent English communication and conversational skills.
• Comfortable speaking with US-based decision-makers.
