Experience:- 16+ years of overall qualified experience
Currently working in B2C EdTech sales (Online) — this should be a mandatory requirement.

Role Overview:-
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales Head to lead and scale an EdTech business vertical. The role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability, sales strategy, customer acquisition, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:-
• Own the P&L; and overall business performance of the assigned EdTech vertical.
• Should have proven experience in handling Higher Education programmes, preferably in the B2C EdTech space (Mandatory)




• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Lead B2C sales, inside sales, counselling/admissions, and business development functions.
• Build and manage high-performing sales and business teams.
• Drive lead conversion, enrolments, revenue per counsellor, CAC, conversion rates, and other key business metrics.
• Identify new growth opportunities, markets, products, and channels.
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Academic teams to improve business outcomes.
• Develop pricing, sales processes, incentive structures, and go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor competition, market trends, customer behaviour, and industry developments.
• Build strong relationships with universities, institutions, partners, and other strategic stakeholders.
• Present business performance, forecasts, and growth plans to the leadership team.

Candidate Profile
• 15+ years of experience, preferably in EdTech / Education /
