Lovely Professional University is seeking an accomplished Senior Social Media Leader to spearhead the university’s social media strategy, digital brand presence, content innovation, and audience engagement across leading digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and lead an integrated social media strategy aligned with institutional goals and brand objectives.
• Drive innovative content strategies, digital storytelling, creative campaigns, and platform-specific growth initiatives.
• Strengthen brand visibility, audience engagement, reach, and digital community growth.
• Lead social media campaigns across admissions, academics, placements, research, events, student achievements, and institutional initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop creative and social media teams while managing agencies, influencers, and digital partners.




• Monitor social media analytics, define KPIs, evaluate performance, and continuously optimize strategies for measurable growth.
• Stay ahead of emerging social media trends, technologies, formats, and audience behaviors.

Desired Profile
• 10+ years of relevant experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, or Digital Communications.
• Proven track record of leading social media strategy for large-scale, high-visibility brands or organizations.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, creativity, communication, analytics, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Experience in the education sector or large institutional brands will be an added advantage.
