Role Description The Sales Manager – Timken Bearings is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This position is responsible for developing and managing sales of Timken bearings, including identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing customer relationships, and achieving revenue and profitability targets.



Day-to-day tasks include visiting customers, presenting product solutions, preparing and negotiating quotations, coordinating with internal teams for order processing and delivery, and providing technical and commercial support to clients. The Sales Manager will also track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, using this information to refine sales strategies and forecast demand. Regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline status, and key accounts will be required, along with maintaining accurate records in CRM or related systems.

Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years Mandaory experience in the Bearing Industry.
• Robust sales and business development skills, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, and account management.
