Role Description The Senior Executive Human Resources role at Purplle.com is a full-time, in office position based in Kochi. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, payroll inputs coordination, and HR policy implementation.



The Senior Executive will manage employee relations by addressing queries, supporting conflict resolution, and facilitating engagement initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The role includes collaborating with business leaders on workforce planning, performance management processes, and talent development activities. The Senior Executive Human Resources will also support compliance with labor laws, maintain accurate HR data and reports, and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.

• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in managing end-to-end HR activities.
