Role Description The Creative Strategist & Content Director is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for leading brand and content strategy across digital channels. This role oversees the development of creative concepts, campaign narratives, and content plans that align with client objectives and brand positioning. Day-to-day tasks include guiding creative direction for video, social media, and web projects; briefing and collaborating with designers, writers,



and videographers; and reviewing deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and impact. The role also involves conducting audience and market research, shaping brand messaging, presenting strategic recommendations to clients, and optimizing content performance based on analytics and feedback. The Creative Strategist & Content Director will mentor team members, manage timelines and priorities, and contribute to new business pitches and proposals.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy to lead integrated campaigns and oversee end-to-end content execution.
• Strong Brand Strategy capabilities to define positioning, messaging frameworks, and visual/tonal guidelines for diverse clients.
• Excellent Writing skills for crafting clear, compelling copy across formats, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different brands.
