Role Description The Owner Relations Associate is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role focuses on building strong relationships with property owners, serving as their primary point of contact for onboarding,



performance updates, and ongoing support. Day-to-day responsibilities include addressing owner queries, coordinating documentation and agreements, tracking property performance metrics, and ensuring owners understand pricing, occupancy, and platform features. The Associate will collaborate with finance and legal teams on payouts and agreements, work with operations and product teams to relay owner feedback, and help streamline processes that enhance owner satisfaction and retention. The role also involves preparing reports and presentations, maintaining accurate records in internal systems, and supporting initiatives that improve the overall owner experience.
Qualifications
