Role Description The Scaffolding and Formwork Designer is a full time, development role for new products. The role involves designing safe and efficient scaffolding and formwork systems for a variety of construction projects, using relevant standards, design software, and engineering principles. The designer will prepare detailed drawings, material lists, and load calculations, and coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and clients to ensure designs meet technical, safety, and budget requirements.



Daily tasks include reviewing project specifications, conducting site assessments, optimizing designs for material usage, and providing technical guidance to site teams during installation and inspections. The role also includes maintaining documentation, supporting risk assessments, and contributing to continuous improvement of design processes and safety p
ractices.

Qualifications-

Experienced individual with knowledge of inner workings of the industry and willing take the new product development vertical further.

• Strong scaffolding design knowledge, including Scaffolding systems, Working at Height practices, and Fall Protection considerations.

Experienced individual with knowledge of inner workings of the industry and willing take the new product development vertical further.
• Experience working in or planning for Confined Space environments, with awareness of relevant safety procedures and controls.
