Role Description The Chemical Engineering Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role focuses on designing, optimizing, and monitoring chemical and process systems used in Dawell Lifescience’s product and solution portfolio,



ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with relevant standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting process analyses, performing technical calculations, supporting scale-up and validation activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in R&D;, quality, and operations. The specialist will prepare technical documentation, participate in trials and commissioning, and provide engineering input for new projects and continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves presenting findings, communicating technical concepts clearly to stakeholders, and contributing to innovation in line with the company’s mission.
