Role Description The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities for Lagom Spaces’ workspace and investment solutions. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals,



and negotiating commercial terms. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, startups, and investors, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. The Business Development Manager will track pipeline performance, analyze market trends, and provide regular reports and insights to leadership. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.
