Role Description This full time remote Regional Sales Manager role is responsible for driving student recruitment and service sales across designated regions. The Regional Sales Manager develops and executes regional sales strategies, builds and maintains relationships with schools, colleges, agents, and other partners,



and identifies new markets and growth opportunities. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and nurturing leads, conducting online meetings and presentations, tracking pipelines, and closing enrollments for EduBird Overseas services. The role collaborates closely with counseling, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a smooth student experience, monitors performance against targets, and prepares regular sales reports and forecasts. This position also involves staying informed about international education trends and competitor offerings to refine strategies and strengthen EduBird Overseas’s regional presence.
Qualifications

• Strong regional sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and relationship-building with institutional and channel partners.
