Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to the IBM MQ platform.
• Identify, recommend, and implement enhancements to improve system performance, stability, and efficiency.
• Utilize monitoring tools effectively to proactively identify and address potential issues, ensuring high service availability.
• Conduct thorough troubleshooting and root cause analysis for MQ service disruptions and performance degradation, implementing timely and effective corrective actions.
• Analyze system logs to pinpoint underlying causes of issues and propose preventative measures.

Qualifications:
• Demonstrated expertise in IBM MQ platform administration and support.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve intricate technical problems.
• Robust understanding of performance tuning and system optimization within an MQ environment.




• Experience with MQ monitoring tools and implementing preventive strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proactive approach to problem identification and resolution.
