Role Overview: The Business Development Director will drive business growth for Product Digital Engineering Services (PDES) by developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders across target accounts. The role involves farming existing accounts, acquiring new logos, and positioning end-to-end engineering and digital transformation solutions to enterprise customers.This role requires deep understanding of the Indian technology landscape, established industry connections, and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders including CTOs, CIOs, VP Engineering, Product Heads, and Engineering Leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts by driving wallet-share expansion and cross-selling opportunities.
• Develop and execute account growth plans aligned with customer business objectives and technology roadmaps.
• Build strong relationships with CXOs, business leaders, and technology decision-makers to become a trusted advisor.
• Identify opportunities across business units and proactively position relevant service offerings.




• Drive incremental revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and account penetration initiatives.
• Generate new opportunities within existing customer organizations and through referrals.
• Lead the complete sales cycle including chance identification, qualification, solutioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
• Work closely with delivery, solutioning, and practice teams to create compelling value propositions.
• Understand customer business challenges and align solutions to their strategic objectives.
• Conduct executive-level presentations, business reviews, and solution workshops
• Maintain a strong network within the Product Engineering ecosystem.
• Represent the organization at industry events, customer forums, conferences, and trade shows.
