Role Description The Sponsorship Sales Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves identifying and approaching potential sponsors for Tradepass conferences, exhibitions, and corporate events,



and presenting compelling sponsorship proposals aligned with their marketing and business objectives. The Sponsorship Sales Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and cold outreach to negotiation, contract closure, and post-event relationship management. Responsibilities include maintaining a strong sales pipeline, achieving revenue targets, collaborating with marketing and events teams to customize sponsorship packages, and providing sponsors with timely updates and reports. The role also includes regular market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs, ensuring sponsorship offerings remain relevant and competitive.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in sponsorship sales, B2B sales, or event sales, preferably within conferences, exhibitions, or corporate events.
