Job Description – Technical Lead – MSD CRM Position Technical Lead – Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Experience 8–12+ years of overall IT experience, with 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE experience. Role Overview Looking for an experienced Technical Lead – Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM who will be responsible for providing technical leadership across Dynamics 365 CRM implementations, enhancements, integrations and application maintenance services. The candidate should have solid hands-on experience in Dataverse, Dynamics 365 CE, Plugins, C#, JavaScript, Power Automate, Web API and integrations, along with the ability to lead a team of developers and work closely with functional consultants, architects and customer stakeholders. Key Responsibilities 1. Technical Leadership

• Lead the technical design and development of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Translate functional requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
• Review technical designs, coding standards and development approaches.




• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to CRM developers.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies and mitigation plans.
• Participate in architecture and design discussions with Solution Architects. 2. Dynamics 365 CRM Development
• Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions.
• Strong hands-on development experience with: o Dataverse o Plugins using C# o Custom Workflow Activities o JavaScript/TypeScript o Dynamics 365 Web API o Power Automate o Business Rules o Custom Actions / Custom APIs o Business Process Flows o Security Roles and Teams
• Design and implement custom tables, relationships, forms, views and business logic.
• Develop reusable and performance-optimized CRM components. 3. Integration
• Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and external applications.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth/Azure AD authentica
