We are looking for a Senior sales professional to drive new business for Zendesk solutions in the Indian market. You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to closure, working with customer service, CX, and IT leaders to position Zendesk as the platform for their support and engagement needs. You will work closely with our pre-sales, delivery, and Zendesk partner teams.

Key Responsibilities• Generate and manage a pipeline of new opportunities for Zendesk products and related services across target industries in India
• Run the full sales cycle: lead qualification, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closure
• Build relationships with CXOs, Heads of Customer Support/Experience, and IT decision-makers
• Work with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver tailored demos and solution proposals
• Collaborate with the Zendesk partner and account teams on co-selling, deal registration, and joint opportunities
• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and activity records in the CRM
• Track market trends,

Requirements• 5-8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, CRM, or customer service/CX software
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Experience selling to mid-market and/or enterprise customers in India
• Strong understanding of the customer service, contact center, or CRM landscape
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with consultative, solution-led selling and managing long sales cycles
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus

Positive to Have• Prior experience selling Zendesk or similar platforms (Freshdesk, Salesforce, HubSpot, ServiceNow)
• Experience working in a partner/reseller or services-led sales model
• An existing network of CX and customer support leaders in India
• Familiarity with AI in customer service, omnichannel support, and automation
