Role Description The Sales Manager is responsible for driving tile sales, managing key customer relationships, and expanding the client base in the Bhubaneswar market. Day-to-day tasks include identifying recent business opportunities, meeting with architects, builders, contractors, and dealers, presenting product ranges, and negotiating pricing and terms. The role also involves monitoring market trends, preparing sales forecasts and reports,



coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, and resolving customer queries and issues. The Sales Manager will train and guide sales representatives, maintain accurate records in CRM or sales systems, and represent the brand at trade events or client meetings. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar.
